I know it sometimes seems like the world is on fire, and we're just hoping it doesn't burn us. My goal is to help bring education, and love for ourselves and the systems we live in. That includes following a path of accepctance and resistance, without judgement or prejudice. Whether it be menopause, autoimmune disorders, neurodivergence, relationships, sex, or identity of any kind, I'm here to support you on your journey. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and trust. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and shame free environment to explore all aspects of the self. I am here to help each person become comfortable being themselves. In addition to my therapy work, I am trained in past life regressions, which can be integrated into therapy for healing, or as a stand alone service.
